It’s the yard sale of the year! Children’s clothing, strollers, toys, furniture and more! Adult stuff, too! Bonus: the super popular heirloom seed sale is back, too!
Have items to donate? Collection days at the school are:
- Thursdays, starting March 1, 3:00-5:00PM
- Saturdays, March 10 and 17, 9:00-11:00AM
- All Week Morning Drop Off, March 19 to March 23, 8:00 – 9:00 AM
We need volunteers to:
- Put up flyers
- Get out the word about accepting donations and the sale on listservs and local papers
- Take collections the week of the sale
- Work the sale day
- Find an organization to collect items that didn’t sell

Montessori Yard and Seed Sale on March 26, 8AM-1PM!
It is time for the
Montessori Yard and Seed Sale!
Saturday, March 26 – 8 AM to 1 PM at Watkins Elementary
Drop off your household items, children’s toys, games, strollers, clothes, etc on
February 27th at Watkins (2-3:30 PM)
(we will schedule a March drop off date too)
To volunteer to help us on that date please contact Shannan Moore Kavanagh (mom to Nate and Kennedy in Ms. Kaufman’s class).
We need people to help set up as well as to work the yard sale.

This is a space where parents and teachers will collaborate to keep the community up to date with the ‘goings ons’ of the Montessori program currently at Watkins (note we’re moving effective school year 2011-12).
