With several gardens on our campus, maintained by both students and faculty, we follow Dr. Maria Montessori’s belief that a child’s connection to his or her environment is critical to that child’s well being.


A Community of Learning

Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan is comprised of Primary, Elementary, and Middle Grades programs with 330 students enrolled in grades PS3 through 7. We are thrilled to be expanding to eighth grade in 2015-2016.

Rubenstein Award Recipient

CHM@L’s Christine Willis-Bennett was honored with a 2013 Rubenstein Award for Highly Effective Teaching. Award winners are nominated by DCPS educators, students, parents, and community members.
