Do you want to help but fear the “black hole” of commitment, that if you volunteer even once you’ll be sucked into a vortex from which there is no escape?
Our Butterfly program is for you!
Here’s how it works: when our administration, teachers, or PTSO leaders need help with small tasks—like bringing in cookies for a bake sale, staffing a table at one of our events, or writing thank-you cards to our donors—we email and text our list of Butterflies. If you’re available and willing, you “flutter in” to volunteer for just that one task with no further obligations. In other words, you do what you can, when you can, with no guilt.
